Whether it’s the size, color, or fit, we’re here to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for returns and refunds.
1. Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. You have 30 days to inspect your purchase and, if for any reason you’re not satisfied, return it to us in its original condition.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product should be returned in the original packaging, including tags.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.
3. Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@naturalswoven.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once we approve your return request, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or the return is a result of our error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you received a free shipping promotion, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take some additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the item you’d prefer.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
- In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please keep all packaging and images of the damaged product to assist in the claims process.
7. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return or refund. Please carefully check your order before finalizing your purchase.
